Da-Cappo Micro Microphones distributor Hosa Technology today is announcing the Da-Cappo DA12 Hardwired Earset Microphone.
The Da-Cappo DA12 Hardwired Earset Microphone is designed specifically to provide the experience of the original DA12, but minus the worry over possibly losing the adapter or cable. The new DA12 sports a -45 dB sensitivity, compatible with Sennheiser Evolution and SK50 Series, Lectrosonics, and Shure wireless transmitters. A water-resistant, 20 Hz-20 kHz frequency, 2.5 mm diameter Omni-directional capsule makes the cut, as does an easily concealable 6-foot carbon Kevlar cable. Aside from functionality, comfort has also been a design priority, and the Da-Cappo DA12 Hardwired Earset Microphone includes a hypoallergenic cushion that covers an earpiece that is adjustable for any ear size.
Jonathan Pusey, Hosa Technology’s National Marketing Manager, commented on the new Da-Cappo DA12 Hardwired Earset Microphone. “The new DA12 Hardwired delivers the stunning audio performance of the original DA12 while offering simplified use for those who plan on using the microphone with a single brand of wireless transmitter,” said Pusey. “By offering a hardwired version, Da-Cappo makes it that much easier to use this type of microphone as it minimizes the possibility of losing parts required for interfacing with different transmitters. For those customers who plan on using a headworn microphone with a single brand of wireless transmitter, the new DA12 Hardwired is a true plug and play solution.”
The Da-Cappo DA12 Hardwired Earset Microphone will carry a MSRP of $530.
