Today, guitar manufacturer Antonio Hermosa hopes they have their bases covered by offering up two new guitar models which should please fans of a couple of varying sounds.
Fresh off the production line from Antonio Hermosa is a guitar aimed at Flamenco guitarists, the Antonio Hermosa Flamenco guitar (AH-15). This Flamenco guitar utilizes traditional Flamenco tonewoods and strives to achieve a percussive sound. The Antonio Hermosa Flamenco AH-15 guitar features a cypress back and sides and a solid spruce top.
Also in the pipeline for guitar fans today is the offering from the company for dreadnought players. The Antonio Hermosa AH-10NF offers up the best of both worlds to dreadnought guitarists, offering a model that provides for a steel-string design but sans a wide neck. The AH-10NF instead features a dreadnought style neck coupled with a nylon string classical sound, with a width at the nut lying at 1 7/8″. The classic sound of the instrument is further bolstered by the cedar top and mahogany sides and back.
Both the Antonio Hermosa Flamenco AH-15 and AH-10NF guitars are available now, starting at $219.99. The official site is here. With so many guitars in the news this last week – both conventional limited-edition/anniversary themed – we are betting our readers have a much updated shopping or wish list on their hands.
