It’s looks like the amp day, but Vox also has some new for us, the Vox amPlug series that we talked about some time ago has two new members, the Lead & Bass Models. Both models include the same features as their brothers but the sound is very different, let’s take a look.
The Vox amPlug Lead Amp has been designed based on a boutique amp that produces high gain tone, the tone from this amp has been specially customized for lead guitar tasks and a built-in digital delay has been added to provide a richer tone. While the Vox amPlug Bass Amp is a bass compact amp that which design has been based on the Vox AC100 amp, some of its features are compression and boost effects and FET buffer circuit.
But the most interesting feature of this models, and their brothers, is the possibility of playing anywhere (for up to 18 house with 2 AAA batteries) you want with only plugging a portable and really small device (40g / 1.41oz.) on the output jack. The Vox amPlug Lead & Bass Models will be available on November but their prices have to be announced, but we expect to be similar to previous models, under $200.
