Empress Effects is a very new Canadian pedal company, only 3 years around, that has released only one product, but will soon release the Empress Effects Superdelay Pedal, and in both models you can see that unique features and high quality are some of the goals to achieve by this company.
The specifications of the Empress Effects Superdelay Pedal are true bypass, up to 2.8 seconds delay time, high and low pass filters, slow and fast modulation, a,b or c mode specific and expression pedal assignment switches, tap, preset and bypass footswitches, mix, d time/ratio, feedback, mode (normal, tap, autoset that set the time with the tempo of the playing, reverse, rhythm mode multitap, tape mode, misc and 12 second looper) and volume controls, up to 8 user presets and expression pedal input that can control the feedback or the mix levels.
In the official site you can hear and look to some samples, this samples show us that you can get sounds from crazy and psychedelic to discrete delay tones. The Empress Effects Superdelay Pedal will be available next week but its price has not been announced yet.
