Electronic released 2 new models in the nova series that are a very good companion to other effects of the same brand, they share the dual engine feature that allows to combine more effects to get that sound you are looking for. The T.C. Electronic Nova Modulator & Nova Dynamics Pedals, are a modulation and compression pedals with many options available.
The T.C. Electronic Nova Modulator features 7 high quality modulation studio effects, LFO (that can be synced and triggered), 9 user presets, dual engine, tap tempo and on/off footswitches, depth, speed, time/filter and shape/feed controls per engine, preset selection buttons, input audio gain control, 2 effect selectors per engine (one for chorus, tri-chor and flanger, and the other phaser, tremolo and vibrato) and stereo input and output.
While the T.C. Electronic Nova Dynamics Pedals, that is actually a compression and noise gate stompbox, includes 2 compression modes (classic stompbox compression and studio multi-compression), thresh, level, attack and ratio controls and algorithm (chooses between the 2 compression modes or the noise gate mode) and dry blend (mixes the original signal with the compressed one) switches per engine and gain reduction meter.
Both pedals are now available and their prices are $250 each.
