We are constantly introducing to you recording devices for your home studio but few times we talk about the monitors of the studio, a really important thing, so today we are introducing the new Avant Electronics Avantone Active Mixcubes, recording/mixing monitors based on the famous MixCubes monitors.
This new version is, obviously, an active monitor with Class A/B amp and 35 watts power output, 5.25″ paper cone, 90 Hz to 17 kHz frequency range, 94db sensitivity, combo (XLR and TRS) balanced and -10dB line inputs, rear system gain knob and a sink-aluminum fins cooling system.
The Avant Electronics Avantone Active Mixcubes has a 7mm thick neoprene pad and polyurethane high gloss butter-cream finish. The introductory price of this monitor pair is $359 but its availability has not been announced yet.
