Although is only a prototype the VHT Pitbull Sig X Head Amp that was shown at Winter NAMM show make a lot of people ask when this thing will be out. This head amp has voice range so huge and flexible, that the amp has been named the Sig X because it can be anyone’s signature amp.
The VHT Pitbull Sig X Head Amp features 3 independent channels (clean, rhythm and lead), 100-watts power output, premium KT88 power amp tubes, 3-band EQ and power shift switch (100 or 60-watts mode) per channel, gain I and II voicing and overdrive controls for lead and rhythm channels, depth and presence controls for clean channel, more & less mode switch (selects 3 or 4 tube stages for gained channels) and serie/parallel (switchable) effects loop.
The amp, that mixes the innovations that can be found on Pitbull and Deliverance amps, will include more features that will be unveiled when the amp is released, that should happen in April.
