After the release of the Hothand Wah Effect and the wireless adapter for motion-controlled effects, Source Audio will introduce at this Winter NAMM edition a new guitar effects product line featuring the same technology, the Source Audio Soundblox Motion-Controlled Pedals. There will be 4 different models, Multiwave Distortion, Tri-Mod Wah, Tri-Mod Phaser and Tri-Mod Flanger.
All these pedals can work with the HotHand Controller (wired or not) to control some parameters of the effect, but they can also work without it, and share some features like the modern box-like design, 56-bit DSP, 24-bit A/D and D/A converters, active analog bypass, multi-band knob to choose the different sound from each effect and all of them are Hot Hand ready.
The Source Audio Soundblox Multiwave Distortion features 21 distortion sounds covering a range from sweet overdrive to heavy high gained or synth-like crazy tones, sustain, drive and output controls and if it works with the HotHand Controller the device controls the drive level.
The second one is the Source Audio Soundblox Tri-Mod Wah, a pedal based on the original HotHand Wah effect with 11 different wah effects, from classic to multi-peak filters, frequency, depth and speed controls and can be used with LFO, Envelope Follower and Hot Hand Controller.
The Source Audio Soundblox Tri-Mod Phaser features 7 different phaser sound variations, frequency, depth and speed controls and, as the Tri-Mod Wah, its sound can be modified with LFO, Envelope Follower and Hot Hand Controller.
The last effect from this serie is the Source Audio Soundblox Tri-Mod Flanger that, just like the other Tri-Mod pedals, can be used with LFO, Envelope Follower and Hot Hand Controller, and features 7 different flanger sounds and delay, speed and depth controls.
All these pedals have a MSRP price of $150, but you can add $150 more for the Hot Hand Wireless Adapter & Controller, by the way, this pedals are now available.
