The blog comes back after the Christmas break with some fresh and very interesting news, the first one is the new Reverend model, this time is not a regular model but the signature guitar of one of the guitar players that made a acclaimed return to re-form the Iggy Pop & The Stooges, the Reverend Ron Asheton Signature Guitar. The guitar is based on the Volcano model, Reverend’s Flying V model, although he recently used the Jetstream 390 model.
The Reverend Ron Asheton Signature Guitar features solid korina body and neck (1-piece), rosewood fingerboard, 22 medium jumbo frets, 24.75″ scale length, Tune-o-matic bridge with stopbar tailpiece, 3 Reverend P90 pickups, 5-way pickup switch and volume, tone and bass contour controls.
The guitar is available in midnight black and rock orange finishes (strange thing in a signature model) and for additional $100 you can put a Les Trem tremolo bridge. The Reverend Ron Asheton Signature Guitar is now available and its list price is $839.
