After dealing with Alex the owner of Grendel sound I went elsewhere to purchase in isolation cabinet. This guy was the rudest person I have ever encountered in my 53 years of living that was actually trying to sell something. I think the guys a tweaker, that’s the only think I can surmise by the insanity of his outlandish behavior and foul mouth. Do yourself a favor and BUY ELSEWHERE! Several companies make these cabinets, steer clear of this company at all costs.

This cabinet sounds pretty good. However, it is tough to not get too much bass or boominess. I think he has a new design since this one. I also had a tough experience getting the owner of the company to respond to me. At one point, I had already paid the money, but had no idea when or where I was going to get my cabinet. After several weeks past the scheduled date, I finally recieved my cabinet. It had a corner piece dented in, so I asked for a replacement piece. No luck. He said he would, but just blew me off. Oh well, I like the cab pretty well. I have no other one to compare against. I can understand the reviewer above and their frustration. However, the cabinet is good.

I think collectively, we need to put this guy out of business so he learns a lesson and not to screw with people. I’m one of many who has been waiting for over 3 months for my order to come. No communication, no phone, no nothing even after many attempts to get hold of him.

This guy doesn’t care about his customers. If I can sway one person to not buy from him, then I’ve done a good service.

Buy the Rivera unit. It’s more costly but at least you’ll get a quality product that will show up on time.
