The Artist is the Ibanez product line that brings handcrafted high quality instruments, the last of this serie is a reissue of an 1981 Ibanez AR5000 ornate vintage model, the Ibanez Artist AR5000RE Guitar is a limited edition double cut-away guitar with a and vine neck inlay and a production run of 45 models.
The Ibanez Artist AR5000RE Guitar features mahogany body with flamed maple top, 3-pieces maple neck, ebony fingerboard, 22 medium jumbo frets, 24.75″ scale length, Gibraltar bridge, Quick Change II tailpiece, 1 Super 58 (neck) and 1 Super 58 PAF (bridge) humbucker pickups, built-in preamp with 3-band EQ and on/off switch, 3-way pickup switch, 3 Tri Sound parallel tap switches and master volume and tone controls.
This very limited edition guitar feature a antique violin finish and comes with a hardshell case. The Ibanez Artist AR5000RE Guitar is now available and its price is $5,999, not affordable for everyone.
A few too many knobs and switches for my liking, looks a bit cluttered but I like the inlays!
