Vestax has introduced 2 new models in its mixer series that are very similar to an existing models, the new models are Vestax VMC-002 XLu and Vestax VMC-004 XLu. These models, that it looks like they are not available in the US yet, have similar features with VMC-002 XL but with some improvements like the onboard USB connection and they are only available in black finish.
The Vestax VMC-002 XLu features 2 channels, 3-band EQ and fader per channel, 1 replaceable crossfader, monitor level control and crossfader (master and cue), mic level control, 19″ 2U rackmountable format, 2 phono, 2 line and 1 mic inputs, 1 RCA line, 1 RCA rec, 1 headphones and 2 balanced XLR outputs and USB port.
While the Vestax VMC-004 XLu features 4 channels, 3-band EQ and fader per channel, crossfader and curve crossfader, 4 line, 4 phono and 2 mic inputs, 1 master RCA, 2 balanced XLR and 1 headphones outputs, input LED meter and USB port.
Vestax has not announced the US release date yet, but ithey are both available in Europe and Japan and their prices are, €219 for the Vestax VMC-002 XLu model and €319 for the Vestax VMC-004 XLu model.
