We introduced you some time ago the MX400 reverb processor and now Lexicon has also released a new version of this product, the Lexicon MX500 Reverb Processor with very similar features but with faster connection (Firewire 400 instead of USB 1.1) and a better design.
The Lexicon MX500 Reverb Processor features 24-bit audio processing and 44.1 and 48 kHz sampling rate, 99 user presets for stereo and dual-stereo modes (99 each), 25 user presets for surround mode, 7 effect routing options, 17 reverb (like reverse, vocal hall, small hall, …), 7 delays (like studio, tape or mod delays), 8 modulated (chorus, flanger, …) and compressor and de-esser effects, 4 1/4″ TRS balanced or unbalanced analog inputs and outputs, S/PDIF digital input and output and Firewire, MIDI and footswitch connections.
This device can be connected to any DAW as a hardware plug-in in VST and AU formats. The Lexicon MX500 Reverb Processor is now available and its price is $499.95.
