Gibson Les Paul Classic Custom

Gibson Les Paul Classic Custom

The anticipated, unveiled today, week 39 model of the Guitar of the Week series is the Gibson Les Paul Classic Custom that is based on the original Classic Custom models but adds some modern features to it. This is one of the guitar with more gold things I’ve seen in my life, pickup covers, bridge, tailpiece, knobs, pickup switch and tuners.

The Gibson Les Paul Classic Custom features mahogany body with maple top, mahogany neck, ebony fingerboard, 22 frets, 24.75″ scale length, Nashville bridge with stopbar tailpiece, 2 ‘57 Classic humbucker pickups, 3-way pickup switch and 2 volume and 2 tone controls.

Besides the gold hardware, the guitar has a creme finish and comes with a hardshell case with white plush inside. The price and availability of the Gibson Les Paul Classic Custom have to be announced yet, but its production run will be limited to 400 units.
