Cary advised us that the 48th week model of the Guitar of the Week series had been leaked, but looking at the Gibson’s Guitar of the Week page you can see (the may fix it) all the models up to week 48. The first one we’re gonna introduce you is the Gibson ‘67 SG Special Reissue that is this week model.
The Gibson ‘67 SG Special Reissue features mahogany body and neck, SG neck profile, rosewood fingerboard, 22 frets, 24.75″ scale length, Nashville bridge with stopbar tailpiece, 2 P-90 with Alnico 2 magnets pickups, 3-way pickup switch and 2 volume and 2 tone controls.
This guitar has a heritage cherry finish that looks really good and, as all the Guitar of the Week models, its production run will be limited to 400 units. The price and availability of the Gibson ‘67 SG Special Reissue have to be announced yet.
