Although Cary unveiled it some days ago, I was waiting to an official release but it looks like Gibson’s webmasters are on vacations. The new release in the Gibson’s Inspired By series, the Gibson Dave Grohl DG-335, is for one of the guitar players that has used more Gibson different models and probably the second person in the world with more Gibson guitars, Dave Grohl (I think the first is Slash only by looking at this photo).
The Gibson Dave Grohl DG-335 features maple body, mahogany neck, 50’s profile neck, rosewood fingerboard, 22 frets, 24.75″ scale length, fixed bridge, 1 Burstbucker 2 (neck) and 1 Burstbucker 3 (bridge) humbucker pickups, 3-way pickup switch and 2 volume and 2 tone controls.
This guitar is available in Pelham blue and ebony colors with lacquer finish and chrome hardware, the Pelham blue really rocks. The Gibson Dave Grohl DG-335 is available for preorder in some on-line stores, it will be available in early October, and its price is $2,499 for the ebony finish and $2,899 for the Pelham blue finish.

That’s a beautiful guitar.
And who knew he had so many guitars?
Yeah, the Pelham blue is really cool.
