As every Tuesday Gibson releases a new model of their Guitar of the Week series, this week’s model is Gibson Les Paul Standard 50’s Neck and is a standard model with a rounder neck profile like the firsts Les Paul released in the 50’s. With this guitar they’ve reached the 34th week.
The Gibson Les Paul Standard 50’s Neck features mahogany body with maple top, mahogany neck, rosewood fingerboard, 22 frets, 24.75″ scale length, Tune-o-matic bridge with stopbar tailpiece, uncovered ‘57 Classic and ‘57 Classic Plus humbucker pickups, 3-way pickup switch and 2 volume and 2 tone controls.
As each week, Guitar of the Week models’ production run is limited to 400 units. Gibson Les Paul Standard 50’s Neck availability and price have to be announced yet.
