Focusrite has released a new mic preamp that has been based on the ISA110 design and the Forte Console components. The Focusrite ISA 828 Mic Preamp is a low-cost transformer-based device that includes the Lundahl L1538 transformer and can be seamlessly connected to ProTools HD or other mixing or recording software.
