The MXL 990 USB Stereo Condenser is a stereo mic that features 90ยบ X/Y stereo pick-up, two gold diaphragm capsules in X/Y positions, 137 dB maximum SPL, 20 Hz to 20 kHz frequency response, 3-way switch pad for sound attenuator (hi 0 dB, med -5 dB and lo -10 dB) and activity LED to help getting the best orientation from the source.
This mics is compatible with PC and Mac, and comes with a travel case, a mic stand adapter, a shock mount and a 10-foot USB cable. The MXL 990 USB Stereo Condenser Mic will be available this fall and its MSRP is $199.95. This mic could be a great tool for laptop recording.
