Taylor Guitars has expanded its acoustic and acoustic/electric guitar line with the Taylor Koa Series Guitars. This series has acoustic no cut-away and acoustic/electric single cut-away guitars and include dreadnought, grand concert, grand auditorium and jumbo shapes, in 6 or 12-string versions.
The Taylor Koa Series Guitars feature Hawaiian koa body with sitka spruce or koa top, tropical American mahogany neck, ebony fingerboard, 20 frets, 25.5″ scale length (except GC-K that has 24 7/8″) and ebony bridge. The acoustic/electric models also feature Taylor Expression System electronics.
All the models, acoustic or acoustic/electric, are available in left-handed versions and come with a hardshell case. MSRPs for the Taylor Koa Series Guitars start at $3,998 and end at $5,598.
