
Ibanez has released three new instruments belonging to the exotic wood line of products that has affordable instruments with exotic woods usually founded in custom or high-priced guitars or basses. The introduced models are Ibanez EWC30PDERLG, a small body acoustic/electric guitar, Ibanez EW20MBENT, a limited edition standard size acoustic/electric guitar and Ibanez EWB20SMFENT, a fretless acoustic/electric bass with shorter scale.
All the models feature mahogany neck, rosewood fingerboard, balanced 1/4″ and XLR outputs, Ivorex II nut and saddle, EW cut-away body style and on-board tuner. The Ibanez EWC30PDERLG features padauk body, natural resonant low gloss finish and B-Band UST pickup with Ibanez SRTn preamp with notch filter. Ibanez EW20MBENT features ample burl body, natural high gloss finish and, also, B-Band UST pickup with Ibanez SRTn preamp with notch filter. While Ibanez EWB20SMFENT features spalted maple body, 34″ scale length, Fishman Sonicore pickups and Ibanez Shape Shifter preamp.
All this models are now available and their list prices are $571.42 for the Ibanez EWC30PDERLG, $714.27 for the Ibanez EW20MBENT and $857.13 for the Ibanez EWB20SMFENT.
