Another Summer NAMM release on the artists series list, this time Squier, Fender’s low-cost brand, has released a signature model for the Canadian punk-pop singer Avril Lavigne. The Squier Avril Lavigne Telecaster has some distinctive Lavigne marks, like the star on the fingerboard or the chessboard-like pickguard.
The Squier Avril Lavigne Telecaster features basswood body, maple neck, rosewood fingerboard, 22 medium jumbo frets, 25.5″ scale length, 6-saddle strings-thru-body bridge, one dual-coil humbucker pickup, 3-way pickup switch (front coil, full humbucker and back coil) and volume control.
It also has Squier gold and black logo and Lavigne signature on the headstock, only for punk-pop fans. The price and availability of the Squier Avril Lavigne Telecaster have to be announced yet.
