Some more news from Summer NAMM show, Martin has released a limited edition guitar to celebrate the 25 years of Travis Tritt in the music business. The Martin HDC-40 Travis Tritt Limited Edition is a single cut-away dreadnought based on the personally modified D-45 guitar owned by Tritt.
The Martin HDC-40 Travis Tritt Limited Edition features solid east Indian rosewood body with solid Adirondack spruce top, hardwood neck, solid black ebony fingerboard, 20 frets, 25.4″ scale length, black ebony belly bridge and Martin Gold Plus Natural 1 electronics.
The guitar has a polished gloss natural finish and comes with a hardshell case. We don’t know how many Martin HDC-40 Travis Tritt Limited Edition will be available but I’m sure there only will be a few because the listed price is $8,999.
