J.C. Harper is a luthier with more than 15 years of experience who makes affordable custom guitars with high quality materials that have been played by people like Eric Bloom, Sammy Hagar or Kenny Wayne Shepherd. He has announced a new guitar model, the J.C. Harper Luthier Cascade, a double cut-away guitar with two humbucker pickups.
The J.C. Harper Luthier Cascade features black walnut body with figured maple top, hard maple neck, bocote fingerboard, 22 frets, 25.5″ scale length, fixed bridge (with strings-thru-body), DiMarzio PAF (neck) and DiMarzio ToneZone (bridge) humbucker pickups, 3-way pickup switch and master tone and master volume controls.
The handmade guitar has a catalyzed polyurethane layer on the body and is available in many different colors like red, blue, yellow or green. The J.C. Harper Luthier Cascade is now available and its price is $1,540, some custom options are available like different body and neck woods, fingerboard radius or scale lengths.
