There have been some interesting news while I wasn’t here, one of these is the new guitar from Gibson that joins the Inspired By series, the Gibson John Lennon Les Paul. This is a limited edition guitar that is based on the, custom modified by Ron DeMarino, Les Paul Junior model that was played by John Lennon.
The Gibson John Lennon Les Paul features mahogany solid body and 1-piece neck, rosewood fingerboard, 22 frets, 24.75″ scale length, ABR-1 Tune-o-matic bridge with aluminum stopbar tailpiece, single-coil P-90 (bridge) and Charlie Christian (neck) pickups, 3-way pickup switch and one volume and one tone controls.
There will be only 300 units of this guitar and will come with custom shop case, certificate of authenticity and Allison Lefcort signed Lennon print. The Gibson John Lennon Les Paul is now available and its price is near $5,000.
