There are some very good delay plug-ins out there that can be used to add some effects in your instrument tracks or for overdubbing vocal tracks. But, as far as I know, the Togu Audio Line TAL-Dub Delay plug-in is the first one that has been licensed with a Creative Commons license, so you can download freely and share this plug-in.
Besides the license, the Togu Audio Line TAL-Dub Delay is a VST plug-in that provides a huge range of vintage delay effects. Its features are 12 dB resonance and low cut filters, linkable delay time and feedback controls per channel, input signal swap and input filter mode buttons, dry/wet control, feedback path or post-fx filter modes and easy-to-use MIDI learn function (allows the device to receive MIDI data from sequencer software).
