Working with some controllers is, sometimes, a hard task because you have to pay attention in real-time to a lot of controls, JazzMutant though that could be an easier way to do that so they came up with Dexter. JazzMutant Dexter is a multi-touch control surface that will allow you to control all the parameters for mixing and editing software in one device and in a user-friendly way.
The JazzMutant Dexter features multi-touch screen (up to ten fingers performing actions at the same time), zoomable controllers (so you can adjust the level of that parameter more precisely), intuitive icons for each function, different background color for each track status, EQ and effects adjusting panels, bank navigation (to get your effects in a more organized way), track groups editing (you can make the groups instantly), FastEthernet connection and 12″ TFT display.
This device is said to be shipping in July 5th and works perfectly with Cubase, Sonar, Logic Pro, Pyramix and Nuendo. The price of the JazzMutant Dexter will be €2,349.
