One of the most luxury releases of this year is the Fender Custom Shop Presidential Select Stratocaster Guitar, a very limited edition guitar to commemorate the 60th anniversary of Fender. Each guitar of the 100 that will be available will feature six selected Cabernet and Merlot wine bottles from Hill Family Estate with Fender Custom Shop logo on the labels.
Besides the wine, the Fender Custom Shop Presidential Select Stratocaster Guitar features lightweight ash body with AAA maple top (from the Hill Family Estates vineyards’ grape must), AA flame maple neck, Indian rosewood fingerboard, 22 frets, 25.5″ scale length, Fender Deluxe 2-point synchronized tremolo bridge, two modern classic single-coil (neck and middle) and one hot classic single-coil (bridge) pickups, 5-way pickup switch and one volume and two tone controls.
The guitar is available in, it couldn’t be any other way, hand stained wine red finish and the bottles come in a selected tone-woods box with Fender Custom Shop logo. But the main thing you should know before even thinking in buying one of the Fender Custom Shop Presidential Select Stratocaster Guitar is its price, $8,400.
