The brother of the Bacchus guitar that we introduced yesterday is the DiPinto Philadelphian guitar, both of them belonging to the Metro Series. This is a full hollow body single cut-away guitar with f-holes which features make it perfect for jazz tones.
The DiPinto Metro Series Philadelphian guitar features arched flame maple body with plywood spruce top, maple neck, rosewood fingerboard, 20 frets, 25.5″ scale length, trapeze tailpiece (no bridge), one floating humbucker pickup (again, no info about the humbucker) and one volume and one tone controls.
In the official site says that the guitar features a 3-way pickup switch but, I don’t see it and I don’t find any reason to have it with only one pickup. The DiPinto Metro Series Philadelphian guitar is now available, in honey burst and natural finishes, and its price is $719.99.
