Gretsch has released some new custom limited edition models that combine ‘55 vibe with some “Deluxified” Vintage details. The first model is the Gretsch G6136-55 White Falcon Custom Limited Edition, a classic Gretsch looking guitar with v-shaped falcon headstock but without Bigsby bridge.
The Gretsch G6136-55 White Falcon Custom Limited Edition features laminated maple body with carved solid spruce top, laminated rock maple neck, ebony fingerboard, 22 frets, 25.5″ scale length, Space Control bridge with Gretsch “G” Cadillac tailpiece, 2 Alnico Vintage DynaSonic pickups, 3-way pickup switch and 2 volume (neck and bridge pickups) and master tone controls.
The guitar has a gloss white finish, comes with a hardshell case and is only available at Fuller’s Vintage Guitar store in Houston, TX. The price and availability of the Gretsch G6136-55 White Falcon Custom Limited Edition has to be announced yet.
