When you go to a small club to do a gig sometimes they offer you their amps (you can find anything in there) or your bring your own amp but there’s little space or the amp won’t be safe there. If you have ever found yourself in this situation you can take a look at the D’Andrea StageRig, a combination of amp and hand truck that will help you to carry your amp and organize your cables and reduce your set-up time.
There are 2 models of the D’Andrea StageRig, STR1 and STR2, which main difference is the length of the gripper arms, lower length for 1×12″ or 2×12″ guitar combos (STR1 model) and larger length for bass combos and cabinets (STR2 model). Both models feature pneumatic tires, a back arm (to adjust the height or your amp), bottom and upper gripper arms (for cabinets and heads, for example) and back leg (to adjust the angle position of the amp)
The D’Andrea StageRig is now available and its price is $269.96 including the base, 2 lower gripper arms and 2 upper gripper arms. I’m sure this thing will be very useful for a lot of people, but be careful the StageRig is no intended to use with 4×12″ and 4×10″ cabinets.
