We talked about automatic instruments like Bandit or paper instruments like this origami drum kit but this time we have to talk about what could be the first drum machine (that also includes a bell).
This drum machine is in the Bangalore’s Bull Temple, in India and is one of the most curious musical things I’ve ever seen. The machine works with a motor that is connected to the drumsticks that hits a big drum. I’d like to see it working.
