Week 12 for Guitar of the Week series, this week Gibson has released a guitar that looks a lot like a guitar version of week 11’s Thunderbird IV Zebra Bass, the Gibson Firebird V Zebra Wood is a recreation of the original Firebird designs.
The Gibson Firebird V Zebra Wood features zebra wood wings body, mahogany neck, rosewood fingerboard, 24.75″ scale length, Tune-O-Matic bridge, 2 high-output ceramic mini-humbucker pickups, 3-way pickup switch, 2 volume and 2 tone controls.
This guitar comes with black reptile pattern hardshell case and its production run is limited to 400 units. The Gibson Firebird V Zebra Wood’s price has to be announced yet.
