The KAOSS Pad family has a new member, Korg released the Mini-KP, the smallest KAOSS Pad unit that fits in a pocket can be useful for performing live shows or practicing at home. This unit, that comes with 48 kHz of sampling frequency and 24–bit resolution, has the same interface that its bigger brothers but with portability and mobility options.
The Korg Mini-KP features 100 different effects (filters, distortions, delays, flangers, synths, …), program display, tap/bpm and 2 memory buttons, touch-pad interface to control the effects, program/bpm/depth rotary knob, hold button (to memorize the settings), stereo line input and output, phones output and volume control.
This KAOSS Pad unit is powered by 4 AA batteries or by AC power adapter. The Korg Mini-KP is available and its price is $199.95.
