This week Dangerous Music will introduce the D-Box, a multi-purpose hardware (monitoring, mixing and input selection) announced last October. Dangerous Music wants to fill the DAW users need with an affordable product for music and engineers.
The Dangerous Music D-Box is a 1U rackmount unit that features 8 channels, onboard D/A converter (24 bit/96KHz), analog, summing, digital and mic (with talkback level control) inputs, signal present LEDs for all inputs, 2 headphone outputs with independent level controls, master volume control and 2 switchable speaker outputs.
At MusikMesse Dangerous Music will show more features and maybe availability and price of the D-Box. The rumored price is near $1,400.
