ToadWorks is a “new” company (founded in 2001) where all the effects are handmade with a reasonable price and tested and inspected very carefully. Their last addition is the ToadWorks Jr. Series effects, a true-bypass small and simple guitar effects series with professional sound, consisting in 4 pedals, Mad Dog, Meat Jr, Leo Jr and John Bull Jr.
The ToadWorks Mad Dog is a fuzz box pedal based on transistors that produces a fine and smooth fuzz tone. The pedal features fuzz (control the gain) and level controls and on/off footswitch.
The ToadWorks Meat Jr. is a compact boost pedal that provides from clean and warm to fat and gained sound without altering your custom sound. The pedal features level control, tone switch (clean or fat) and on/off footswitch.
The ToadWorks Leo Jr. is an American overdrive pedal with the sound of classic tube amps distortion. The pedal features gain and level controls and on/off footswitch.
The ToadWorks John Bull Jr. is a British overdrive pedal that captures the sound of the 60’s and 70’s British amps. The pedal features gain (increasing gain changes the character of the distortion) and level controls and on/off footswitch.
