This instrument could be, must be, in the strange instruments section, the Plattabass is a DIY bass guitar with a built-in turntable. The Mobius is trying to create a prototype of it.
The Plattabass will feature (if it can be build, I hope so) Fender P bass neck, 2 Basslines 1/4 pound pickups, Fender flat-wound strings, 2 assignable cross faders (extreme pitch control and thumb worn magnet), 3 control knobs, 2 TRS stereo outputs, Technics 1200 (motor, plater and controls), custom metal bridge, built-in phono preamp (maybe Rane TTM-56).
This can be a great instrument, so I hope The Mobius get to build the Plattabass and see him playing that.
