Godin announced a new electric guitar, the Godin Redline 1, an aggressive guitar that looks like it’s focused on solos (or power rhythm guitar) because it has only the bridge pickup.
The Godin Redline 1 features silver leaf maple body, rock maple neck, Indian rosewood fingerboard, 24.75” scale length, active EMG-81 humbucker pickup and 1 single volume control.
The Godin Redline 1 is not for people who want a versatile guitar, it’s for people who want a powerful and aggressive sound for soloing or shredding. It’s only available black graphite semi-gloss finish, that I must say it rocks, and its price is $559.
