Boss Micro BR Digital Recorder

There’s something we forgot about this year’s Summer NAMM, the Boss Micro BR Digital Recorder that claims to be the smallest pro studio in the world. The device is a 4-track (playable simultaneously) recorder that features 32 virtual tracks and is only a little bigger than iPod.

The Micro BR features on-board multi-effects and 293 rhythm patterns, SD card slot, built-in tuner and microphone, MP3 compatibility, time stretch and center cancel, stereo line and mic mini-jack inputs, headphone and line out mini-jack outputs and USB port for data transfer. The MP3 compatibility is very interesting because adds the possibility of addinf your own tracks to songs that were previously recorded to see how it sounds.

The price of the Boss Micro BR Digital Recorder is $229 and is shipping this month.
