The TonePort KB37 features 37 note velocity sensitive keys, pitch bend/modulation wheels, transport control and patch select buttons, 4 assignable real-time knobs and buttons, dual footswitch outputs, expression pedal output, 2 mic inputs with +48V phantom power, 2 guitar/bass inputs, stereo line inputs and outputs and many more. Besides this, the device comes with Line 6 GearBoxT modeling software (featuring 18 guitar amps, 24 cabinets, 5 bass amps, 30 stompboxes and 6 studio microphone preamps) and Ableton Live Lite 5-Line 6 Edition.
The TonePort KB37 works with Windows and Mac OS X and its price is $404.99, but you can find some $299 sale price.
