We talked about the wireless mic that its base records audio, but HHB gone a bit more far with the HHB FlashMic DRM85 introduced last year (but we post it because its feature are very interesting). This professional high quality mic can record up to 1 GB of audio data in an internal flash memory, that means 999 tracks and/or 18 hours of recorded audio.
Besides this, the FlashMic DRM85 can also insert time markers to make easier the edition of the audio. The mic starts recording when you press for 2 seconds the recording button, and this button also inserts markers when recording. The FlashMic DRM85 can record the audio on linear or MPEG 2 formats and then copy the file on your computer (supports Windows and Mac OS X, and if it’s standard USB Linux too) by its plug-and-play USB output.
The FlashMic DRM85 is powered by 2 AA batteries that give it a more than 8 hours autonomy and it’s price is near $1,300.
