Katsura Chromatic Tuner’s last version is 1.4 and includes 12-note chromatic scale, 1 cent accuracy, A0 (27.5 Hz) to C8 (4186 Hz) range, 349 to 499.9Hz (0.1 Hz steps) calibration and can transpose up to 11 semitones. Its price is $5.
