The X-Blender pedal is a tool to get a more clear sound when using sound effects. The main function of X-Blender is to make more clear the sound from the effect that is sent into the amp.
You only have to connect the jack from the guitar to the X-Blender and connect the input of the effect with the SEND port on X-Blender and the output of the effect to the RETURN port on the X-Blender for serie or parallel mode, but for parallel mode you have to switch on the blend on/off button. The parallel mode mixes the sound from the effect with the dry signal (the signal that has not been affected by the effect).
