Launched at Musikmesse and with a cool design and a Firewire computer connection, the Focusrite Liquid Mix provides a multi-channel mixer with ergonomic controls.
With 32 independent channels (each channel has its own configuration) the Liquid Mix provides 20 different EQ and 40 different compressors (can be expanded with an online library), and also each channel can have a hybrid 7-band EQ out of different classic EQs. Each channel is a sepparate VST/AU/RTAS effect.
Sounds can be adjusted from the knob controls and the LCD display or from your DAW application. Until october 2006 is only available for Mac. The approximate price is 700€.
