Epiphone Les Paul Custom Silverburst Limited Edition

The Les Paul always have had, more or less excepting the signature series, the same classic colors like the honey sunburst which I like very much. This Limited Edition Epiphone Les Paul Custom Silverburst is a different and really good looking guitar color.

Also features Carved Alder top, Mahogany back and Mahogany neck, classic Les Paul’s 22 frets, 2 volume and tone controls and 2 humbuckers. Besides the color it seems a classic Les Paul Custom.

But here comes the good news, the price is approximate $600, a very low price for a special edition guitar although it is an Epiphone.

You may take a look on local epiphone distributors because on the net I haven’t find anything.

On the official site, you have a distributor finder option.

Good luck on trying to get ahold of one of these. They were sold out everywhere before they were even released. I was lucky enough to get one and i got to tell you its a one of a kind. Keep an eye on ebay and related sites and you may find one sooner or later.

My Epi Silverburst arrived the other day. No pictures I’ve seen on the internet do justice to the absolute beauty of this instrument. It’s the ultimate eye-candy for guitar players and… It doesn’t just look awesome; this thing is a player! Right out of the box it’s ready to play. Just tune it up and rip it! The neck action was set low and this baby frets so smooth. I plugged into my 65 watt Crate and I couldn’t put it down. Granted, it’s not a “Gibson” but Epiphone is Gibson-owned and, if there’s a difference between this Epiphone Silverburst Les Paul and the Gibson Silverburst other than the huge price difference, I cannot find it. I’ve played Gibson Custom LP’s in my local music store just to humor myself because I could never afford the $3200.00 price tag and I cannot see, hear or feel the difference between the two. Some other reviews state that the tuners are crap on the Epi but the tuners on mine are pretty robust. For the money, folks, if you’re thinking of buying one, this is a no-brainer… If you can still find one. I know they’re hugely popular and if they’re not all gone, they will be soon. Pony up the $600.00 and you will surely add this classic beauty as one of your most coveted. With it’s wicked good looks and high gloss finish, I dare you to stop admiring it!

Has anyone checked Musician’s Friend? They now have, in stock, these LE Silverburst Les Paul Customs. I just got mine on the 10th of this month,(April, 07), and I would have to say these are sweet guitars and a sweeter deal. The last time these were availible they sold out fast. Now is the time to get one. I own a 1991 Gibson Les Paul Classic in Honeyburst. There is not much difference between the two, other than the hardware, which can easily be changed, if that’s your thing. Its definately hands down to quality
made in China vs. the Korean made similars. The Japanese are scratching their heads taking notice. You will not be disappointed either. You can always send it back, before your 30 days or so are up. Win win!

Check the Google Product search (aka Froogle) to look for on line stores with stock.

It sounds amazing I have been lucky enough to get my hands on quite a few epiphones and the build quality is amazing and the sound is unbeleivable. The best I have tried is the Epiphone Zak Wilde signature model.

    So it does!

I picked up the guitar on Thursday last week and let me tell you I love it!!! Here is a link to a picture of me with it… Don’t mind the getup I’m wearing, its my shogun ninja stage costume. I go by Bucket Floyd, in tribute to Mr. Buckethead and one of the greatest bands of all times, Pink Floyd. I’m sure they’d understand haha!
