Line 6 will launch at this years’ summer a new serie of acoustic guitars, Variax Acoustic 300. Two main models from this serie are Steel 300 and Nylon 300, both models will be available from small-models to Jumbo models.
The main feature of these new acoustics guitars is the control panel, you can adjust the volume and the tune, obviously, but also reverb, compression, the position of the microphone, body of the sound and can save the adjustments in a program that can be loaded with prog button.
The position of the microphone can be used to emphasize the lower or higher frequencies depending on the proximity of the microphone to the soundhole. Line 6 also says that the reverb is like a “sense of air” on the sound of the acoustic guitars.
Unfortunately, Line 6 won’t release a left-handed model.
